Our nice Nissan X-Trail is ready for you at the house, for 55 euros per day you can use this great convenience. This includes the transfer to and from the airport, use of the car and (if possible) a late check-out on the day of departure!

Upon departure, final cleaning is mandatory. If you would like an interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels, please indicate this before arrival. 

7% tourist tax will be charged, this will be levied on the basic overnight rate, excl. cleaning and ancillary costs.

The rental price does not include the consumption of water and electricity. Saving energy and water is very important to us. That's why we've chosen to charge for energy and water separately.

The energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low, but the price of water and electricity is very high on Curacao. The final cost depends a lot on your usage, the air conditioners in particular use a lot of energy, so use them wisely. Of course, we do not charge the costs for the drip installation, refilling the pool and consumption of the pool pump!
Based on meter readings that we take on arrival and departure, we will settle or settle the amount after departure. Usually this is between 5 and 10 euros per day for an occupancy of 2 to 4 people.

The consumption is charged at the rate of € 9 per m3 for water and € 0.50 per kWh for electricity. All guests pay a deposit and when the house is delivered neatly, the consumption of water and electricity can be deducted from the deposit. If there is damage to the home or equipment, the consumption costs will be charged separately.

You must take out cancellation and/or travel insurance yourself.
Within 4 weeks (30 days) before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.
Within 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.

The 550 USD deposit will be reimbursed shortly after check-out, costs for electric and water and any damages on inventory, villa or car will be deducted.
