Our lovely 6-person (+1 baby) holiday home has a guest rating of 9.7 (on other sites), we are super proud of that! Centrally located on the island, near the most beautiful beaches. Tastefully decorated, private pool, lovely king-size beds, a nice car in front of the door. Safe, dead-end street, with a beautiful mature, tropical garden and lots of privacy. Good wifi, parking on site. Cosy, quiet, colourful, lots of hummingbirds, butterflies, birds and iguanas. Come and enjoy!!!
About Villa Dushi Arembos ; Our lovingly renovated and furnished detached holiday home is fully equipped. A real home on holiday, our guests praise the nice beds! Layout; spacious hall, living room, full kitchen (even an airfryer!), utility room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a porch on the wind with large dining table and comfortable lounge sofa, a beautiful palapa and of course a lovely swimming pool of 6x4 meters. The house is located in a small dead end street and has a spacious, tropical garden. There is parking on the property and it is fenced with a stone wall with steel and wooden fencing.
And there is also a beautiful Nissan X-Trail (automatic, 7-seater) shining! Economical, comfortable, solid and reliable, so forget about looking for a rental car! Holiday home & car are only rented together, the price per day for the car is € 55. Including transfer to and from Hato Airport and a late check-out on the day of departure. Super service, if we may say so ourselves.
The outdoor space is lovely, the porch on the wind with a cozy large dining table and a nice lounge sofa. Modernly furnished, with comfortable furniture in calm colors. In the living room there is a smart TV with firestick, you can watch TV endlessly to all kinds of channels worldwide, also films and series. Since we prefer to be outside, the TV has never been used ;-) WiFi works fine and has good range on the entire plot.
The bedrooms are all equipped with luxury box-spring beds of 90x200cm. In the large bedroom they are set up as a double bed, but can also be separated. In the 2 smaller bedrooms they are separated. If you prefer to use this as a double bed, please let us know before arrival and we will arrange for the beds to be placed and made up in a different configuration.
There are both 220V and 110V outlets throughout the house. Adapters are also available. These allow you to charge (suitable) devices such as a phone charger in a 110V outlet. There are only 110V outlets on the porch.
About Kaya Arembos; a cozy, colorful dead-end street with all the old defense houses that were sold by the Dutch government in 2020. Surrounded by tropical greenery, countless butterflies, birds and hummingbirds. You can hear the prikichis chirping as they fly by, a real delight!
About Grote Berg; a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood, wonderfully situated on the wind, very centrally located in the narrowest part of the island. Close to the airport and Willemstad, but especially very close to the most beautiful beaches of the island! Our favorites are Portomari, Cas Abou, Daaibooi and Kokomo and a little further to Westpunt you will find Grote Knip, Lagun, Kalki and Piskado. Although it is a quiet residential area, there are supermarkets and nice restaurants within walking distance. In the neighborhood itself, within walking distance, is Bali where you can eat delicious food, furthermore you have Shots, a cocktail bar where you can also eat tasty snacks. Just outside the neighborhood you will find De Buurvrouw and Landhuis Daniel. There are so many nice places to eat or drink. Less than a 10 minute drive away you will find a unique place at Willibrordus. Here you can eat at Williwood where they have the famous Kabritu burger, also stop at the flamingos or view the art of Nena Sanchez at Landhuis Jan Kok!

We pick you up from the airport with your luggage and welcome you to Curacao. The car is in front of the door, you can go out for dinner if you want. We know our way around the island, live nearby, can answer your questions and are full of tips!
Important to know;
At our house is a comfortable, economical Nissan X-Trail 7-seater! You can rent this for €55 per day, villa is not rented without a car. This includes transfer to and from the airport and a late check-out on the day of departure, a great convenience so that you can enjoy your last day of vacation to the fullest!
Final cleaning is mandatory upon departure. If you also want interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels, you can indicate this before arrival.
A 7% tourist tax will be charged upon arrival. This surcharge is only charged on the basic overnight rate, excluding cleaning costs and other additional costs.
The rental price excludes the use of water and electricity. We find it very important to be economical with energy and water. That is why we have chosen to charge energy and water separately. When purchasing the equipment, we paid attention to sustainability. The energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low, but the price of water and electricity is very high on Curacao. The final costs are therefore strongly dependent on the use, especially the air conditioners consume a lot of energy, so use them wisely. Based on meter readings that we record together upon arrival and departure, we settle or settle the amount at the end of your stay. This is usually between 5 and 10 euros per day for an occupancy of 2 to 4 persons. Of course we do not charge for the drip system, refilling the pool and the use of the pool pump! The consumption during your stay is charged at the rate of € 9,- per m3 for water and € 0.50 per kWh for electricity.
All guests pay a deposit and when the house is delivered clean, the consumption of water and electricity can be settled with the deposit. If there is damage to the house or equipment, the consumption costs will be charged separately.
